The Maison Rouge, a contemporary art gallery, was founded in 2004 byAntoine de Galbert establishing his reputation on the French art scene. A committed supporter of the contemporary arts, Maison Rouge’s aim is to promote different current art forms by way of organizing temporary exhibitions throughout the year. Born in 1955, Antoine de Galbert obtained a masters degree in Political Sciences, followed by a decade in Business Management before opening his first contemporary art gallery in Grenoble and thus laying the first stones of his art collection. He continued to follow his passion for art when, in 2000 he inaugurated his Foundation and hence made his name publicly on the art stage.
Hot off the press: Two new exhibitions – Louis Soutter, ‘The Tremor of Modernity’ – Didier Vermeiren, sculptures and photographs. Opening Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 11H00 – 19H00.
Late night opening: Thursdays, until 21H00.
Entry: 7 Euros (5 Euros reduced rate). Children free of charge.
