In 1961, the famous Parisian Modern Art Museum opened within the Palais de Tokyo structure built in 1937. An imposing building with two grand symmetrical wings reuniting both classical and modern architectural forms, this Museum is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Paris with its massive and diverse collection of 20th century modern art and of today’s contemporary artists. Temporary exhibitions at the Musée d’Art Moderne (MAM) are always hugely sought after keeping the Museum on the cusp of change. This museum is THE place to be for all modern and contemporary art lovers.
Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 10H00 – 18H00.
Late night opening: Thursday until 22H00.
Closed on public holidays.
