In his eponymous restaurant Akrame, he creates delicacies which could be tributes to the most beautiful works of art. He makes, as a conductor, an inventive and colored cuisine like the most beautiful acts of a conjuror. Thus, he flavors a sorbet with saffron, supplements butter with lime and cumarus, or even cooks rose-water pigeon. A tasty and very poetic trip to discover without further ado. Open from Monday to Friday, from 12 am to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 11 pm.
