Kitchen Galery Bis

The KGB infiltrates Paris!

Behind these three infamous letters, KGB, hides a gastronomic treasure the Kitchen Galerie Bis. Brainwave of renowned Chef William Ledeuil ( of  Ze Kitchen Galerie fame) this restaurant  whisks off its guests to the mystical east of Asia where he explores ingredients and recipes unknown to the regular Parisian palate. At the helm in the kitchen is head chef, Yariv Berrebi  who masters his art with colour and panache fusing French and oriental flavours including roasted guinea fowl  with its east meets west spicy chorizo- miso accompaniment, light and airy citrus flavoured madeleines with vanilla ice and fleur de sel, a traditonal gourmet salt. A divine combination to discover. The interior is simply striking. An ultra contemporary ambiance and a selection of major art works from Daniel Humair, Tony Soulié and Jacques Bosser adorn the walls.  Indulge all your senses at Kitchen Galerie Bis.
