Over the past few months there is one restaurant in Paris, Septime that has been on the tip of all discerning tongues and continues to receive accolades galore. Septime, under the helm of exceptionally talented young chefBertrand Grébaut previously of Michelin starred L’ Agapé prepares and presents the most seasonal, colourful and gourmet dishes. Veal Tartare with crisp and crunchy fennel and watercress and sorrel risotto are just two of the signature specialities that will seduce every palate. The restaurant itself was named as a tribute to Louis de Funès, a renowned comic French actor who played the character Mr Septimus in the film “Le Grand Restaurant.” This retro and convivial address has become THE destination in the capital of gastronomy.
