Created by famous architects’ duet Gilles & Boissier, the MiniPalais can boast about being one of the greatest restaurants of all Paris, with at the lead of the kitchens, the talented Eric Fréchon. On the border of the contemporary room filled with numerous sculptures, there’s a majestic terrace lined with imperial pillars, and with some palm trees. When the night comes, it lights up to shine like stars, thanks to romantic candles creating a very cozy atmosphere.
In the kitchen, busy bees are cooking high-level dishes that will land you on cloud nine. From Pil-Pil squids to yellow wine cheese crusted sweetbread, including melting whiting with its baby spinach salad, it is hard not to give in to temptation. You literally imagine what paradise would taste like once eating the first mouthful of roasted figs, gingerbread icecream. An incredibly unique and beautiful address, dedicated to all gourmets.
