Take your seat at the Workshop of Flavours

The Hotel Elysées Mermoz highly recommends the “Menu Decouverte de Saison” (Selected Seasonal Menu) giving the opportunity to taste fine and elaborate flavours for which Joel Robuchon is world famous. The white truffle accompaniment with duck’s liver (foie gras) and parmesan shavings is perfection. The divine sea bass gently roasted with lemongrass and served with a steamed leek and turmeric sauce is, simply, sublime.
