Akrame Benallal : A Chef, artist at heart
Art can be found anytime, anywhere including in gastronomy. A case in point is the one of brilliant Chef Akrame Benallal. In his eponymous restaurant Akrame, he creates delicacies which could be tributes to the most beautiful works of art. He makes, as a conductor, an inventive and colored cuisine like the most beautiful acts of a conjuror. Thus, he flavors a sorbet with saffron, supplements butter with lime and cumarus, or even cooks rose-water pigeon. A tasty and very poetic trip to discover without further ado.
