Patrick Roger could be the Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. What does he love the most ? Working chocolate as a raw material. Thus, he gives birth to chocolate monsters such as the 6,6 ft. tall gorilla he formerly created. A sculptor to the core, his delicacies look like works of art. One could hesitate before eating them! He selects very carefully the ingredients for his exceptional chocolates (cocoa bean from Vanuatu for the truffles, candied chestnuts from Turin, Corsica oranges…). The result only has one goal… the sensual pleasures.
