Les 110 de Taillevent, a new take on the wine bar.

Glide through the door of this elegant Parisian building and step inside to discover something completely new: the brasserie Taillevent 110, named after the 110 wines available by the glass. It’s a brilliant idea in celebration of wine. Marry the dishes with the wines by choosing from a diverse list of four in four different price ranges.

Ten entrées, four fish dishes, six meat main courses, four cheeses and six desserts, designed to whet the appetite and stimulate the tastebuds whilst taking a gastronomic tour of the senses.

Pierre Bérot, Master of cellars at Taillevent has taken pride searching for the perfect fit to incite your curiosity by creating innovative food and wine combinations.

Known for its flagship Michelin starred restaurant, Taillevent 110 continues its pursuit in the excellence of French gastronomy.

In a dining room featuring refined decoration of metal and oak, a vast gold leaf fresco painted by Thierry Bruet sets the tone. Clever paper place mats on which to jot down all those important tasting notes add to the engaging experience in the art of appreciating fine wines.
